The Hygiene Drive secures much-needed hygienic items for individuals that are experiencing homelessness and Mount Prospect families who access the Mount Prospect Human Services food pantry. The focus of this hygiene drive is to collect small, travel-size items and create hygiene kits that can be easily distributed through the Community Connections Center, local food pantry and the Mount Prospect Police Department.
THE ROTARY CLUB OF RIVER CITIES (MOUNT PROSPECT, DES PLAINES, PROSPECT HEIGHTS) COLLECTIONS SITES ARE LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITES IT SERVES
If you're like many travelers, you've probably accumulated many unused hotel toiletries. Instead of throwing these away, give your collection a second life by donating them to the Hygiene Drive. Shampoo, Conditioner, Deodorant, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Body Wipes, Soap, Body Wash, etc. Club members will create hygiene kits to be distributed to those in need on July 12, 2022.
