The Rotary Club of River Cities (proudly serving the communities of Mount Prospect, Des Plaines, and Prospect Heights, Illinois, USA) welcomes guests to join us for lunch at any of our meetings! 

We meet at 12:15pm on the first three Mondays of each month at Old Orchard Country Club, 700 West Rand Road in Mount Prospect. Be our guest at no charge to you and learn more about our great organization! 

We also meet the fourth Monday of each month at 5:30pm for fellowship at Trezeros Kitchen + Tap, 302 West Northwest Highway in Mount Prospect.  This is a casual meeting of conversation and comradery where individuals are welcome to eat and drink in the spirit of friendship and community.

Who are we?  We are “People of Action”

Rotary Club of River Cities is a local group of individuals who come together to serve the communities of Mount Prospect, Des Plaines and Prospect Heights, Illinois through service projects such as Operation Warm, Bessie’s Table, Village Mount Prospect Food Pantry, Night Ministry, Frisbie Senior Center, Salvation Army bell ringing, Hawks Care Pantry though Harper College, WINGS, Harbor House, and more!

We also come together to support local youth outreach, summer reading programs and summer camp scholarships.

In addition, we provide approximately $8,000 in educational and vocational scholarships annually to local students. We also send a select number of high school students to RYLA, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards each year.

Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian service and to advance goodwill and peace around the world. It is a non-political and non-religious organization open to all people regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation / identity or political preference.

Rotarians gather weekly to develop friendships as an opportunity for service. The Rotarian's primary motto is "Service Above Self".
